This Olympic adventure did not stop with Athens, as the Institut Hôtelier «César Ritz» is participated in the European Youth Olympic Festival which took place in January 2005 in the Monthey - Portes-du-Soleil region of Switzerland.

Eighty students and lecturers were responsible for serving 1'800 people at the Olympic Village in Champéry during the week of 22 - 29 January 2005. The EYOF comprised 1'200 officials and athletes from 48 European countries; these athletes, aged from 15 to 17 years, participated in 7 different winter sports events in the Chablais - Portes-du-Soleil area.
