“César Ritz” Colleges lecturer presents research paper at ENTER 2010 conference

The University of Lugano hosted the 17th International Conference on IT and Travel & Tourism on from 10th – 12th February. Over three-day event there were a large number of simultaneous presentations, lectures and workshops presented by technology leaders and academics from around the world, highlighting future trends and the influence of technologies on travel and tourism business operations.
Keynote speakers included web search giant Google, industry travel technology leader Amadeus, online travel reservations agency Expedia and on a local note, Swiss Tourism also presented at the conference.
Top academics from world renowned universities presented a variety of papers, including Sanjay Chib a lecturer at our University Centre Brig , who presented his research paper “Free and Open Source Software Adoption Framework for Swiss Small and Medium Sized Tourist Enterprises”, this paper forms part of his ongoing PhD doctorate.
