The Higher Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management, and Bachelor and Master of International Business awards offered by “César Ritz” Colleges are accredited in Switzerland. The accreditation authority is the “Conseil de la Formation et de la Recherche Universitaires (CoFRU)”, established under the auspices of the State of Valais Department of Education, Culture and Sport, Switzerland. |
| “César Ritz” Colleges Switzerland is the first and, at present, only Swiss hotel management school to receive the prestigious tedQual certification, joining other renowned educational institutions in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. This important certificate for quality tourism education has been developed by the World Tourism Organization (WTO), which is part of the United Nations system, in Madrid. Accreditation is often given by agencies which accredit all types of programmes at a university and concentrate on general academic and administrative processes. | ASEH (Swiss Hotel School Association) is the only association in Switzerland to recognize hotel schools and impose strict entry conditions. ASEH's responsibility is to ensure professional and academic quality standards for Swiss hotel schools, and it therefore carries out checks on all member schools on a regular basis in accordance with the standards of accreditation. |

The Postgraduate Diploma and the Master of Science in International Hospitality Management are validated by Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), UK. This recognition and validation is based on formal quality assurance procedures that apply to all MMU courses, and involves on-site visits and assessments from panels comprising representatives of MMU, industry organizations and other UK universities. |
