In the Leadership Programme you learn, develop and effectively apply the technical and business skills needed, as well as the attitudes and standards that make our graduates so successful. Our Leadership Programme runs throughout the entire course, requiring you to achieve specified outcomes through seminars and community service activities. Therefore, a personal advisor will work with you throughout your journey to help you achieve your ambitions.

Get a leading edge
We’ll work with you to develop your leadership skills through specific leadership seminars related to our core values. You will also be required to participate in community service activities while on campus to achieve specific outcomes. Possibilities of participating in several activities in school or within the local community are available, such as:

• Student support
• Fundraising events for local charities
• Contributing to the community

Real-life projects
Our Hotel Management School has developed a new initiative within the Leadership Programme that gives students the chance to undertake real-life consultancy projects requested by hotels.

The first of these projects was launched when César Ritz Colleges was asked by an Icelandic hotel for help to develop a new marketing strategy. Based on its success, consequent projects have been undertaken, such as assistance in developing a luxury property in Zermatt, with César Ritz students playing a critical role.
