César Ritz Colleges Switzerland offers a range of flexible study options that let you decide when it’s right to join us. Choose from four annual intakes, take advantage of our concentrated programmes and discover a world full of transfer opportunities!

Four intakes per year
Choose a start date to suit you from January, April, July or October, plus industry specific electives and partner programmes worldwide. Create your own experience: Start your Bachelor studies in Le Bouveret or in Lucerne, depending on your career aspirations and graduate with a Swiss and American degree.

Start at the Campus that is right for you! When starting the Bachelor of International Business programme you can choose for the first two years the campus that fits best your aspirations:

• Le Bouveret Campus if you would like to experience the French-speaking region of Switzerland and discover the Lake Geneva region. Le Bouveret is a small town located on the shores of the Lake.
• Lucerne Campus for your first two years of studies if you wish to do your internships in the German-speaking region of Switzerland. The Lucerne Campus is located in the heart of the city of Lucerne, only 45 minutes away from Zurich.

Transfer opportunities
César Ritz Colleges Switzerland has created a worldwide network of partner schools and colleges, giving you the option to transfer to and from these educational establishments. For those interested in adventure tourism and extreme sports you can even study in New Zealand after completing the first year in Switzerland!

Students can also complete one year in Australia, with courses in Event Management, Retail or Property Services or spend their second year in the United Arab Emirates at the European International College in Abu Dhabi.

Degrees in just 4 years
We offer you a choice of Master degree options, to be completed in just one year, once you have gained your Bachelor Degree of International Business in Hotel and Tourism Management or another recognized Bachelor degree.

Swiss Degrees
Are you interested in developing your entrepreneurship and leadership potential? If so, then consider taking the Bachelor’s Degree in International Business (which includes business-plan projects, network building and personal coaching) followed by our Master of Arts in International Business in Hotel and Tourism Management – all in just four years!

Swiss and British Degrees
Take advantage of our flexible and concentrated programme schedules to obtain a Swiss Bachelor Degree from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland and a British Master’s Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University in just four years. In addition to the accreditation by the State of Valais, all Culinary Arts and Master courses are validated by Manchester Metropolitan University (UK). The Master of Science in International Hospitality Management can be completed in Switzerland and partly in the United Kingdom if desired! This UK-based Master develops critical thinking and the problem-solving skills required in management-level positions.

Swiss and US Diplomas
Following on from successfully gaining a Bachelor Degree at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, where students are also awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business Management degree from Washington State University, why not continue your education with an accelerated one-year MBA at Washington State University in the United States. Washington State University’s School of Hospitality Business Management is fully accredited by the prestigious American Association of Collegiate Schools of Business.
