On 16 March in historic Gastown in Vancouver, members of the César Ritz alumni family came together at Nuba to enjoy Lebanese delights and reminisce about their alma mater! Attending the small, informal reunion were Peggy Li, Jessie Fang, Ravindra Jadhav, Yao Qi (Chi-Chi) and Teg Brar.

Over the years the closely-knit group in Vancouver has held similar get-togethers to remember, network and cement relationships. And this event was no different for soon after the welcome the conversations steered towards the memories of Le Bouveret and Brig, and of our former instructors and colleagues. Everyone also agreed that the education and exclusive standards learnt at César Ritz Colleges, in particular the importance of professionalism and understanding and delivering of high levels of customer satisfaction in the hospitality industry, are equally important to achieving success in business.

After a really enjoyable evening, it was soon time to say goodbye and we promised to meet soon again but in warmer weather.
