THE-ICE survey
César Ritz Colleges participated for the first time in THE-ICE survey, an international study of colleges and universities that offer hospitality programmes. The International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education (THE-ICE) is a body that focuses on accrediting hospitality and tourism courses. THE-ICE conducts an annual benchmarking survey on international students from member and applying institutions. In total, 3,085 students from 22 universities representing 16 countries worldwide participated in the "International Student Barometer" (ICE - ISB), from which a total of 160 voluntary César Ritz students participated.
Outstanding results for César Ritz Colleges
César Ritz students responded in an extremely positive manner to the survey reflected in the 93% satisfaction rate in the overall learning experience. This positioned César Ritz Colleges well above the average of all other universities participating in the survey. The learning experience included elements such as the quality of the lecturers and course contents as well as furnishing of career advice and employability at the end of their studies. Furthermore, over 90% of César Ritz students confirmed their overall satisfaction with the school, which again was far above the average of the other participating schools. This took into account different criteria, notably: the arrival experience; living standards; learning satisfaction; and overall support provided by the school.
