New term party breaks the ice
11 April 2008
It was great to see all our new friends in the party setting – a chance to get to know them without nametags and business suits! Lots of good memories were made, setting the stage for a great semester to come.
It couldn’t have been done without all the people who contributed their time to set up and clean up, so a big thank you to them!

The new term brings new students, which means it was once again time to celebrate with a party! Traditionally, every term kicks off with an icebreaker to show the new arrivals how to party “César Ritz”-style, and this semester was no exception. Friday, 11 April saw quiet Le Bouveret transform for a night into a hotspot of fun, with the “César Ritz” Lounge and dining hall temporarily turned into a raging disco. The DJ was great, the drinks flowed freely, and by the end of the evening the dance floor was full of revellers.
