Happy New Year : Oriental Festival at Institut Hôtelier «César Ritz»

Every year millions of people gather to celebrate the traditional Chinese New Year. Due to the diversity of students, Institut Hôtelier «César Ritz» decided to call this celebration the Oriental Festival. A group of students worked very hard to prepare a wonderful feast for the evening of Sunday the 29^th. Within the festive atmosphere, we welcomed the Olympic Team that will operate the two ‘Houses of Switzerland’, in Torino and Sestrière, during the Winter Olympic Games 2006.

The night started with an aperitif followed by a delicious buffet prepared by the kitchen staff. At the entrance our President Mr. Kisseleff and our Director Mr. Fournier, handed to all guests, faculty and students, a lucky red pocket to wish them a fortunate and successful Year of the Dog.

The success of the night was due to the great efforts and hard work poured out by the Student Committee and our F&B trainee, Isabelle Wang. For all those who participated or volunteered for decoration, entertainment, kitchen and service; thank you very much!
