Programme content is academically rigorous while maintaining a keen sense of practical, operational industry requirements. Customer service, social responsibility, motivational and leadership skills are encouraged together with business acumen and managerial effectiveness.
We constantly assess programme content and, where applicable, create new programmes and forge new academic and industry links in order to more accurately reflect the current needs and demands of the hospitality and tourism industry.
Our faculty are internationally recognised and our small class sizes facilitate individual attention. With staff and students drawn from all corners of the world, the learning experience is global, dynamic and challenging. 270 students from more than 45 different countries currently study in Brig.
The University Centre «César Ritz» houses classrooms, an auditorium, library, study rooms, computer lab, training restaurant, kitchen lab and cafeteria. The campus is equipped with a wireless LAN which allows Internet and network connections as well as providing gateways to electronic databases for academic periodicals, magazines and research. Student accommodation is off-campus in the city of Brig, within convenient walking distance of the campus.
