The Institut Hôtelier «César Ritz» is located on Lake Geneva in a magnificent building that dates back to the early 1900’s. Today, this fully renovated building can accommodate up to 220 students and comprises classrooms, a library, resource room and an IT lab. The kitchen, bar and service facilities are designed to develop the practical and professional skills required for hands-on food and beverage management.

In Le Bouveret, students participate in a truly international experience while learning practical skills, management techniques and foreign languages.
