Dear Student,

It is a great pleasure to introduce you, to the Valais, the birthplace of the legendary Hotelier Cesar Ritz. Before becoming the “Hotelier of the Kings and the King of Hoteliers”, young Cesar chose to leave his home to go abroad to gain knowledge and experience. With hard work, new ideas, flair, and a touch of class, he was able to accomplish an unprecedented career in the hospitality industry and rose to legendary status.

At the Insitut Hôtelier «César Ritz», our philosophy is impregnated with the values that made the above success story possible, and we will make sure that all of you receive top-of-the-line training. It is our mission to provide you with the best education possible and to enable you to achieve a successful career in the hospitality industry. All the members of our faculty and staff are totally dedicated to this mission but it is up to you to take advantage of their wealth of knowledge. Please remember to get to know your fellow students; there is so much to gain from all the different cultures which are present here.
